PM releases 9th installment of PM-KISAN
Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi released the ninth installment of financial benefit under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM KISAN) via video conferencing today on August 9, 20201. Prime Minister also interacted with the beneficiaries of PM KISAN.
- More than Rs. 19,500 crores transferred directly into the accounts of more than 9.5 crores beneficiary farmer families
- He thanks the farmers for hearing his request and increasing production of pulses in the last 6 years.
- He told that our farmers have a big role in determining the condition of India in 2047, when the country completes 100 years of independence:
